Vocabulary Excerpts:
...anti-dumping probe - That is to say, an investigation into whether China is selling products at a lower price charged in its home market or below its cost of production.
...industry is materially injured - "Materially injured" is to say severely damaged or hurt.
...to abide by its commitment - To abide committments is to accept and obey them.
